Motta di Livenza (TV), 16 November 2019.
The phase of conduct of the NATO exercise called "Trident Jupiter 19" (TRJU19) to which the Multinational CIMIC Group (MNCG) participated, providing a CIMIC Group Minus HQ, or an ad hoc task organization to guarantee the fulfillment of all functions related to civil-military cooperation. The exercise, designed to test the procedures foreseen in an art.5 operation, or in the case of collective defense of the member states of the Atlantic Alliance, was aimed at training the forces belonging to the NRF (NATO Responce Force) 2020 and it was a key event in the NATO Rapid Reaction Force set-up. The Multinational CIMIC Group, primary training audience in the exercise in support of JFCBS (Joint Force Command Brunssum), was deployed with his men in three distinct locations: at the JFTC (Joint Force Training Center) in Bydgoscz (POL), at the JFCBS in Brunssum (NLD) and finally at the JWC (Joint Warfare Center) in Stavanger (NOR). The MNCG has carried out the delicate function of linking the countries concerned, has guaranteed a continuous updating and a careful evaluation of the civil environment, also advising the Commander of the Joint Task Force on the possible impacts that military actions could have on the population.
