Profitable meeting between the operators of the Multinational CIMIC Group and a delegation of the American base of Vicenza
The Commander of the Multinational CIMIC Group, Colonel Luca Vitali, welcomed a representation of the United States Army Africa Command, led by the Colonel American Brian Elliott, visiting the CIMIC headquarters to evaluate the possibility of collaborations in the context of training.
At the end of the visit, the visiting US personnel, seconded to the American base in Vicenza, has expressed particular interest in the training offer of MNCG and for the development of the Remote CIMIC Support, ie the ability to support CIMIC units, used in military operations, from mother country, carefully evaluating a future employment in future exercises and an active one participation in courses promoted by the room station in Motta di Livenza.
The Multinational CIMIC Group, which includes, among the contributing nations, beyond Italy, Greece, the Portugal, Romania, Slovenia and Hungary, today represents a real pole of excellence for the training of operators working in the delicate sector of civil cooperation-military, a factor that arouses particular interest in the capacities expressed in the various theaters of operations.
